Savannah is a graduate student in the Industrial Organizational Psychology program at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She completed her bachelor’s degree at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where she majored in Psychology and minored in Sociology while also continuing to compete for the track and field team at the Division I level. Her research interests include resilience in the workplace, diversity and inclusion, and stress and coping. She is a graduate research assistant for Goshen Education Consulting Services and is involved with STEMKAMP, funded by the Department of Defense. At Goshen, she assists with the director and lead researchers on the STEMKAMP program, conducts data collection and analysis for research-oriented projects, and composes surveys for STEMKAMP program evaluation.
