Graham is a graduate student in the Industrial Organizational Psychology program at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. He completed his bachelor’s degree at the University of Missouri St. Louis, where he majored in Psychology and minored in Political Science. His research interests include workplace satisfaction, training and development, and ethical/legal issues. He is a graduate research assistant for Goshen Education Consulting Services and is involved with STEMKAMP, funded by the Department of Defense. At Goshen, he assists with the director and lead researchers on the STEMKAMP program, conducts data collection and analysis for research-oriented projects, and composes surveys for STEMKAMP program evaluation.
